Cutback-System
Our patented cutback brush system is in world-wide use to remove coatings at the tube ends. It does not matter whether the coatings are of PE, PPN or Epoxy resin. With this cut-back brush system, three working operations are performed at the same time -- tube end, tube wall and coating angle are treated.
Long life and short working times reduce work costs to a minimum. The PB brushes which are used at both ends of the brush prevent wire breaking and achieve a working surface without any grooves. The brushes can, if required, be operated with internal coolant through flow which prevents the brushes from clogging.

Weight Coating Rolls
Our Weight Coating Rolls-System provides enormous advantages in respect to concrete coating for offshore pipelines. The special surface profile of rubber coating gives a perfectly consistent material distribution and consequently an absolutely even thickness of the coating is guaranteed. The roll can be easily reworked which results in a greatly extended working life. The smooth running of the weight coating rolls is achieved by strict manufacturing controls.

Internal and external tube cleaning
By using Osborn brushes specially made for the cleaning of the inner and outer surfaces, an improvement to quality standards will be achieved. Dependent upon the surface quality required brushes with the correct wire size can be specified. This single brush system enables a regular surface finish to be achieved which can be expanded to any width required.

A variety of twist-knotted wheel and cup brushes are also available for use at  high speed for descaling, deburring, removing rust and adhesive residues, and for preparing and cleaning welding seams.
Our elastomer cup and wheel brushes where the Osborn Original wire is bonded with green elastomer, provides the very best cutting quality, which is enhanced further by the plastic-bonding. Ideal for uniform blending of surfaces and surface junctures.
